The support provided by CyberSEN is strictly limited to the solutions deployed and the services subscribed. Response times are 24 business hours for Pack Premium clients and 72 business hours for Pack Essential plans. Support covers the analysis of reported incidents, the handling of suspicious emails through the reporting mechanisms, and assistance with CyberSEN solutions.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the website (texts, images, logos, graphics, animations, structure) is the exclusive property of CyberSEN, unless stated otherwise.
